WATERLOO 365 - Mein Wasserzähl (MOD)

The WATERLOO 365 app was developed for citizens by Symvaro GmbH. This app allows you to transmit the water meter reading to your water supplier whenever it is most convenient for you. You can also track and compare water consumption. You also get access to relevant news from the world of water.

* IMPORTANT: Your water provider must be a WATERLOO customer and want to offer you this service in order for you to be able to use the app for free. WATERLOO 365 only works fully in the cities and communities listed here. Excited about the app, but you don't have your own water supplier yet? Then simply contact the local community representatives directly and inspire them with the idea. Image recognition of the meter reading is only enabled if your water supplier is a WATERLOO customer.

The most important functions are:
• Use the WATERLOO 365 app from anywhere and anytime
• Submit your water meter reading online and faster than ever before
• Meter readings that are requested from the water utility can be scanned using text recognition without typing
• You can add, edit and delete
water meters • Set up water meters using a QR code or manual entry
• Activate the notifications to receive ongoing warnings from your water utility for maintenance work or about water quality on your screen
• You can call up news about water at any time
